Ryan Johnson is the President and Founder of Atlantic Contractin g Group, establishing the company in 2019 with a vision to deliver construction services built on integrity, precision, and lasting quality. As the licensed qualifier for the firm, Ryan brings both the technical expertise and leadership required to guide p rojects of all sizes from concept to completion. With over a decade of experience in residential and commercial construction management, Ryan has overseen a wide range of projects across South Florida, building a reputation for his hands - on approach, probl em - solving skills, and commitment to client satisfaction. His leadership ensures that every project reflects the company ’ s core values of professionalism, transparency, and craftsmanship. Ryan attended Florida State University, where he developed the acade mic foundation that supports his career in construction and business leadership. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Ryan also holds a commercial pilot ’ s certificate , reflecting his discipline, focus, and dedication to continual learning and excellence.
Vice President – Brennan Dwyer
Brennan serves as Vice President of Atlantic Contracting Group, where he leads with more than a decade of hands - on construction management experience. His career has been built on successfully delivering +$500 mi llion in complex commercial and high - end residential construction projects across Florida, overseeing every phase from preconstruction, permitting, vertical construction and project closeout. Brennan holds a degree in Construction Management from the Unive rsity of North Florida. In addition to his construction expertise, Brennan has extensive development experience, managing entitlement, acquisitions, and operations for large - scale master - planned communities totaling more than 6,000 residential homes, inclu ding commercial and a signature golf course. This combined background allows him to bring a unique perspective that balances the precision of construction management with the strategic planning of real estate development.
